THANK YOU: Thank you for using our online appointment scheduler. You will receive additional confirmation prior to your session which will confirm the date, time, including time zone, duration, type of service, pricing and applicable discounts.
To make the most of your session, we invite you to outline your questions and concerns in a private e-mail directly to aw@annewindsor.com prior to your session. Please note that we do not use or consult any form of social media to find out about you or your situation prior to your session.
CONFIDENTIALITY: All information that you provide as well as your questions and concerns discussed during any consultation or communication are kept entirely confidential. We do not share or sell your contact information or birth data. In addition, please note that due to varying country, state, and local regulations, we are unable to provide a recording of your session. You may record the session for your own use.
FEES/PAYMENT: Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your appointment. Payment plans are not available.
All fees are charged on an hourly basis. Additional time beyond the duration stated for the selected session that you have scheduled will be billed at the hourly rate stated in the appointment scheduled. Additional time is billed at the hourly rate stated in 6-minute increments.
If it is important that your session end at a certain time, or be limited to a certain dollar amount, please let us know at the beginning of your session. We do not offer payment plans. PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR SESSION.
Payment information will be collected at the beginning of your session. We accept
Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover. Please have your payment information available at the beginning of your call. You may split your session fees to more than one credit card.
CHANGE/CANCELATION/FEES: If your schedule changes, you may change your appointment online or by calling/texting us at 801.484.4628 at any time up to 12 hours prior to your session.
In the case of a no show or fewer than 2 hours in advance of your session, there will be a $200 cancellation fee which covers the cost of chart calculation, session preparation as well as administrative costs.
If your credit card is declined more than two times, we require an alternate credit card. There is a $1.00 administration fee for each declined credit card. If payment is delayed more than 24 hours, a $25.00 late fee will be charged.
If an actual emergency prevents you from canceling your appointment in a timely manner, please let us know. It is our desire to build a strong relationship of trust and good faith and we will make every effort to accommodate your situation.

We are in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM Mountain Time (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM Eastern Time). Please allow an extra day for our response if you contact us on Saturday, Sunday, or US Holiday.
